Standard weight and wall thickness of the sun panel

Sunshine greenhouses have developed rapidly in recent years, mainly in northern China. Compared with the glass greenhouse, the quality is light, the amount of the skeleton material is small, the cost is low, and the shading rate of the structural member is small.

The service life is long, the production efficiency is good, and the environmental control ability basically reaches the same level as that of the glass greenhouse. The quality of the solar panel used in the solar panel greenhouse will directly affect the overall quality of the greenhouse.

First, use good polycarbonate raw materials such as Bayer, Dow and so on.


Second, do not add recycled materials such as optical discs.


Third, there must be anti-UV UV coextrusion layer.


Fourth, according to the standard weight of production, there is more consensus for the colleagues in the greenhouse industry in the previous three points.


But for the fourth point, because the greenhouse industry pays little attention to this issue, and some manufacturers include some internationally renowned brands, in order to reduce costs, some plates with a lower weight per square meter are extruded, but the thickness of the upper and lower walls and the vertical reinforcement are Thinner, the use of this kind of weight-reducing sun panels in greenhouse production can cause many hazards.


1, weak impact resistance


After the weight is reduced, the thickness of the sun slab is not reduced. The direct consequence is that the thickness of the upper and lower walls and the vertical ribs are reduced, so that the impact resistance of the solar panel is reduced. For example, the conventional double-layer hollow solar panel has an 8 mm standard upper wall thickness of 400 μm. Under normal circumstances, it can withstand the impact standard. It is a 10 kg iron ball free to fall 2 meters without breaking. The standard 8 mm double layer and 10 mm double-layer sheet can resist the impact of the general hail. However, if the 8mm double-layer upper surface plate does not reach the above technical specifications, the wall thickness of the 8mm solar panel is generally about 300 microns, which results in the breakdown of the hail.


If the thickness of the lower wall of the heavy-weight sun plate reaches the standard, the thickness of the vertical rib will definitely decrease, and the vertical rib mainly serves as a support. If the thickness of the rib is not up to standard, the ability of the sun slab to resist snow load will decline. Because of the excellent thermal insulation performance, the snow plate is not easy to melt on the top of the snow. Under high snow load conditions, the weightless sun plate will be overwhelmed and fractured.

2, low insulation coefficient


The non-standard sun board with a weight loss will not guarantee the accuracy of the experiment and the insulation test data, and it will not guarantee the stability of the service life. According to the thermal calculation, the basis of the heating system will not be calculated, and the basis for the heating equipment will be illusory, which will greatly reduce the insulation of the whole greenhouse.
